Business Development Manager

Streamline Smart Buildings are the exclusive UK Partner of a ground-breaking AI BMS Optimisation solution which will save 10-20% of the energy used in buildings, helping companies move towards their Net Zero targets.

As our Business Development Manager, you will be the primary channel to take this exciting new BMS AI Energy Optimisation product to the market. With responsibility for the sales journey from opportunity identification through to successful implementation.

Key aspects of the role will be:

  • Developing relationships with potential long-term customers by providing insight, energy, and value from the start.

  • Positioning yourself, and us, as leading experts in our field.

  • Partnering with the consulting team to develop additional opportunities with new customers.

  • Communicating sales performance with the Leadership Team and highlighting areas for continuous improvement.

  • Managing and improving the sales process to deliver commercial success.

To be successful in the role we are looking for proven experience in the following;

  • At least 2 years in a similar role within a comparable target, market. i.e., property, FM or similar.

  • A track record of personal sales success.

  • Experience in understanding customer needs and translating them into solutions.

  • Experience of working in a fast-growing environment.

In return we can offer a competitive basic salary of £40,000 p.a. with an uncapped and achievable commission structure. We can also offer a workplace pension and technology to help you achieve your full potential.

The ideal candidate will be based in the South East, South Midlands or M4 corridor. Great candidates from other areas should still apply!
